Dr. Fred Adomako Boateng, the Ashanti Regional Director of Health Services and an alumnus of the KNUST School of Medical Sciences (SMS), has donated GH₵5,000 to support the school’s 50th anniversary celebrations.

He made the donation during a courtesy visit to Prof. Akwasi Antwi Kusi, the Dean of the School of Medical Sciences.

The donation forms part of the SMS Legacy Project launched to commemorate the school's 50th anniversary, scheduled for October 3, 2025.
